An ever-expanding list of what makes my life work:

  1. the public library
  2. Greek yogurt
  3. good books (see #1)
  4. “coffee therapy” with my husband and friends
  5. time to sit & reflect
  6. good food with people I love
  7. consistent exercise that makes me stronger
  8. time reading about the crazy upside-down kingdom I adore and other people who’ve lived crazy upside-down lives
  9. writing
  10. a weekly trip to the french patisserie in town
  11. limited intake of coffee, white sugar, white flour, and negative thoughts
